Had a bad experience. I couldn't see the print on my medical card and the girl behind the desk laughed at me and said that they wasn't going to pull my teeth. I felt like a complete idiot and walked out.
I really like the doctor. Very nice and personable. I made a partial payment after my eye exam and choosing my new glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. I was impressed because the girls at checkout said nothing about my partial payment and all were very nice. My check comes the 2nd Weds of each month so I called to tell them I would be in to pay. I recently had an eye exam for myself and 2 sons. It was their first eye exam. I had only been to the Linton location once, before before Dr. Crane started. I wanted to like her and I would have had she not constantly kept commenting about my medical conditions in an inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable way. Literally the entire time I was in her presence. This was the worst Eye experience I have ever had . Dr. Got my eye prescription wrong . So wrong that my new prescription was half the strength as my last prescription. I definitely recommend going anywhere else . You will be very disappointed, and will have to pay 30 dollars just to have your last prescription put in your new glasses …. Just flat out horrible!!!!!!!
