Our optometric practice actually started on the same block in downtown Vincennes in 1945, by our founder, Dr. Eli B. Pete Crasher Ok, you cancilled my schedule appointment and now tell me at least 2 weeks before I can get an appointment. I will go somewhere else. Not goof customer service!!!!!
I drove an hour here and arrive 7 minutes late and the lady's at the front desk cancel my appointment. There cancellation policy is 15 minutes late and your spot gets cancelled..... Not 7. I always wait at least 20 minutes in the office before they call you back anyway. It was the day after Christmas and they just wanted to Rush everyone out of there to go home. The front desk help was very rude.
Worst customer service and rude receptionist. I will NOT return.
I was in town visiting family and ended up running over my glasses. I took them to Eye works to see if the glasses could be unbent. Not only were they able to straighten them out, it was done with no charge. Thank you Eyeworks.
I took my kids there for the first time and had an amazing experience. It was quick and got their glasses in less than a half hour. I will refer others and my husband and I will be making appointments
