Amazing staff, collection, and environment! Not only do they have a very wide range of glasses options (for all prices) but they personally helped me find my most perfect pair! They also said I can come back if any problems arise :)
They sent me 3 pairs after I purchased online, 2 of which were likely a production fail/reject and did not want to send me a good pair for whatever their excuse is/and didnt want to throw away their production $$ So sent them to a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! 2 of these product fails are extremely humongous on me. And customer service did not do anything to rectify this problem they sent.
lost a screw on a pair of glasses and was in and out in 4 minutes. he replaced the screw and the clear nose pads, and even straightened the frame and cleaned the lenses. easiest $5 ever spent with someone who is clearly a professional. thank you!!!
My glasses broke today, and they helped me repair them quickly. They were very kind and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. The repair turned out great and saved me a lot of trouble. I really appreciate their help. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
