My glasses were ready on Monday. This is now Thursday. I tried to call and tell him I would pick them up. But they said they're only there till 3 I worked till 4 so today they call me and leave a message saying that if i don't pick him up by Monday. They're gonna throw them out and I already paid for them. I will never return. I saw all the bad reviews and I tried to give them the benefit of the Doubt but now I see that they were true.
Was a great experience! The staff is amazing ! Dr Rosenberg is a very nice person and a pleasure ! The lady Joyce is very nice she makes you feel at home when eyewear shopping ! Definitely recommend
I’m going there for for five years my son loses glasses once a year so I’m always paying out-of-pocket talk to a lady named Britney there very rude felt like she didn’t really want to help me only reason why I actually go there is cause the doctors actually really great if you wanna will I doctor the doctor is amazing unfortunately he has staff lady that 🤷♂️ don’t care
