Patient for 20+ years, plus 3 children of mine. They have gone downhill fast. Dr F is okay, but receptionist is awful. Told me if I got my daughters prescript filled in her current frames instead of buying a new pair it voids the warranty. Not true. I asked to order a pair of popular name brand frames since they didn't have them, she said no because patients change their minds and won't pay. I said I'd prepay, she said no.
