DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Never had such a bad experience like this one at a "professional" eye doctor office. Lack of responsibility and customer service. After waiting two weeks for my trial contacts, and running out of contacts (which they were aware of), no one could could help me out, never answered the phone, I finally got the contacts because I had to personally walk in to the office twice and insist for them to call back the provider. This is the worst place I have been to. I had an appointment with Dr Sarah Thompson and she did not show up today, nor anybody else. The doors was locked and no sign of human being. Stay away from this practice, they are very unprofessional people. I hope this business shuts soon.

I’d like to start by saying this is not a fake review as the eye trust vision team seems to put that under every negative post. I came for an 11am appointment and Dr Sara Thompson nor a receptionist was in the office! Another appointment for 11:30 also showed up waiting and no one showed up. We both left annoyed given that we had taken days off from work to come for an appointment. The security guard was no help and on top of wasting a long drive to brickell, I had to pay valet tfor wasting my time. They should be shutdown.... read more

They must think I am really not seeing right to pull this off. I had an appointment today 01/07 but they were simply CLOSED. Called them and get voicemail, which by the way states they would close for the holiday and reopen on the 7th. Received email reminder and all, but no one showed up to work today I guess, neither the receptionist nor the doctor. Disrespectful to say the least. I will have to look elsewhere....
