It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled and I like that I didn’t have to wait for months. The atmosphere was great inside and everything looks very bright and modern. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The appointment was quick and simple…no long waits. The glasses selection was huge and there’s something for every price point, which was nice. Not great. Expensive without really any followup care or help. Every time you go in, you feel you are disturbing them, taking everyone away from their computers, and they just want to get you out of the shop as quickly as possible. The help is completely minimal. Never going back.
I have been coming to this location maybe since I was 14 and no matter who’s here they’re always wonderful and welcoming. Even one of the most recent times I came with my one year-old daughter, and they were so welcoming and accommodating. And Dr.Sallit is amazing. I’m going to miss this place when I move 10 out of 10 service every time.
