I have been a patient here for over 15 years. Started when I lived in Huntington Beach and continued through moves to Lake Arrowhead and now La Quinta. Until yesterday, always loved the treatment, staff, etc. Note this is through 3 ownership changes. Yesterday is the last time I will set foot in here. I ordered daily contact lenses after my exam a few weeks ago. I have been having issues with the Pearle Vision brand of contact lens, having to throw out 1 of about every 10 due to quality issues. Went in for simple sunglass repair and was greeted by a delightful staff who took their time to help me and also went out of their way to see if I would be able to come back as a patient. Next visit will be with them.
TheTechnology the office has with the Optomap is brilliant! And the Dr... She is amazing and caring, But the progressive glasses I got, well I figure out now, really wasn't what I needed, and not what I went in for, I just needed my reading glasses and got those instead, basically I feel like an old lady tilting my had to re adjust my focus, it's stressful, plus it was so so expensive! can't believe I let her talk me into to these, bummed!
