My prescription insurance and I have been trying to contact this practitioner for a month now about a prescription that my insurance won't cover. No response. Their web site and phone service is so out of date and need of updating. After my second visit my doctor disappeared and I got a different doctor. They don't accept any vision insurance so I paid for my eye exam out of pocket. Uninformed prior. The person at the front counter was extremely helpful and the optician was fantastic
My son and husband needed their contact lens prescription renewed. EyesNY was able to get them in the same week. Dr Caruso and Tom were wonderful from beginning to end.
The unprofessionalism of the staff: rudeness, obviously indifferent behavior, preoccupation with their phones of all 5 youngsters at the reception was quite disturbing. The young lady doing tests was like a machine, short, not at all polite, barking the directions like an army sergeant. It made my experience awful enough for me to consider looking for a different office for my future needs. As a service professional I know the level of entitlement is high these days, but I hate the fact that I am paying these brats' salaries... read more
