RecommendedMy first visit. Staff and doctor very friendly and explained everything going on. Would definitely recommend and I will see them again.
Very friendly and efficient staff. I loved the doctor because he took a lot of time to explain everything to me.
45 minute wait and still not seen the doctor when I decided to leave and find a different eye doctor. Condescending office manager, inefficient check in procedure. To add insult to injury, I had to walk next door to get water from Chick Fil A because this office had none to offer. Then I was lectured on the fact it was a medical office that many medical offices don't offer water. When I suggested to the lady that hydrating is necessary, especially in south Texas, she wanted to debate me about it. Who needs this?
Dr. Gates, and his Staff, are awesome! Going to the Eye Dr is like going to the Dentist...... I HATE it, but I do it. Dr. Gates was so nice! He made me feel very comfortable! He not only gave me a great exam, he also explained everything to me. No Dr, EVER, took the time to do this. I didn't feel like a number or car payment. He's amazing! I'm so glad that my Husband, Daughter, and I went to see him. I'll never go anywhere else, and I won't mind going!!! Thanks Dr. Gates and Staff!!!
