If you value your time, sanity, and want basic competence, avoid this place. I walked in with a brand-new rimless frame, a valid prescription, and my old glasses—identical frame—to replicate the lens shape. I called to schedule an appointment to have my eye checked because it was hit by a foreign object. Dr.Ni scheduled an appointment on the same day. She was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean and the equipments were well maintained.
Very professional eye optometry place in Los Altos. I went here to get my eye checkup and shop a new set of glasses.
Be careful. They will not provide you the pupillary distance number of your eyes on the prescription unless you order your eye glasses from them.
