I took our kiddo to cool optometry last Friday. From scheduling the appointment to ordering glasses they were top notch!! Bree is amazing, excellent customer service from start to finish. We worked with Tara when it came to ordering glasses. She dealt with our insurance and got what our kiddo needed with the greatest of ease. The gentleman doctor was great (I'm sorry, I don't recall his name) with our 10yr old and explained everything very well. I will for sure be going back for my exam/lenses.
