My family recently had a great experience at this store. The front desk ladies, Dr. Desai, and Bryan, were all very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Thank you for being patient with our questions, and knowledge in helping us pick the best color, shape, and size for our glasses. I highly recommend Eyes On Stonehaven.
Easily the best and most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr. Karen Lam took her time, ran several tests, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Instead of simply increasing my prescription, she figured out what was really going on and gave me a clear plan. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming too. I’m very glad I found Dr. Lam and won’t be going anywhere else for my eye care. Highly recommend her and the entire clinic!
I’ve had sunglasses adjusted here on two occasions and I’ve been very happy with the results. Service is quick, professional and friendly. Special shoutout to Mehrnaz and Ryan for adjusting some particularly tricky pairs of sunglasses.
Excellent service, attentive staff, and excellent follow-up support when my glasses didn't seem to fit right even after adjustment. They found add-on pass to help keep my Steppers frames from sliding down and it's been a great recommendation. Thanks Eyes on Stonehaven!
