The doctor experience was perfect however the office staff, I called to inquire if my glasses were ready and was outright lied to. When I did pick up my glasses I was handed the glasses with no case, the frame I chose was supposed to come with a case. The office staff is rude and dismissive. I won’t be using this eye clinic again and will warn against it.
I’m from Oklahoma and somehow made it all the way to Texas without my glasses and with only a single pair of disposable contact lenses I had already thrown out before I realized I didn’t have my glasses. Thankfully, this amazing optometrist saw me on short notice and got me set up with a new pair of lenses so I could drive safely and make it back home. Truly the most accommodating optometrist I’ve ever visited, with service that goes above and beyond. Great location too, and I highly recommend it!
Scheduling my appointment was easy and was able to fill out all of my information online instead of at the office. I saw Dr. Doan while my wife saw Dr. Nhan. My wife and I were very satisfied and happy with the professionalism from the both of them. I think we might have found our family optometrists.
Really good people that provide great professional service. Both Doctors does an excellent job of conducting very through exams and provide well thoughtout solutions.
