Eyes on Portland you just lost a 20 year customer. In what world is ok to charge some $714 to install new lenses in a pair of glasses I'm bringing in. You suck! I'll take my business elsewhere. If anyone is thinking of going here to get glasses, you should reconsider unless you want to be ripped off.
I went in a few weeks ago to get my eyes checked. Dr. Chow was very professional and I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived there. I ended up receiving a new prescription, and Stacey and Maddy were very helpful and informative. They answered any questions I had with honesty and integrity. It's wonderful to walk into a business and be treated with respect, and not trying to be sold on most expensive options in the store. Big shoutout to Kreeshaya! Honestly, I had no idea what kind of glasses would suit me, and was kind of dreading the whole process. But Kreeshaya made it super easy and actually fun. She was super helpful, patient, and really knew what she was doing. She helped me pick out frames that actually fit my face and style and I've gotten so many compliments since! You can tell she actually cares and isn't just trying to sell you something. If you're ever stuck choosing glasses, definitely go to her. She's a total lifesaver.
We were visiting from out-of-province and needed a repair to my sunglasses. The people at Eyes on Portland were very friendly and helpful and quickly put the arm back on my glasses. Excellent service.
