Place was very run down inside and it felt “cheap” from the moment I walked in, The staff were very friendly and the eye doctor I saw (Dr Jacob’s) was great. Place is very overpriced $190 for an eye exam and if they’re going to charge that, they could at least buy some comfortable furniture and fix the place up a bit. Sadly I won’t return.
Thank you so much Kiran at Dartmouth location! We are traveling from saskatchewan and my prescription sunglasses lost a screw! She replaced screw and got them cleaned up for use. No charge and greatly appreciated!

Lilly and Clea are very genuine people who provided the best customer service and helped me get three new pairs of glasses, one being sunglasses for less than one pair of lenses at other locations.
Clea and Lily were both professional, efficient and knowledgeable. There was a descent selection of frames to choose from. Looking forward to seeing better.
