Dr.Hoover has been our family eye doctor ever since they opened up in our neighborhood. We absolutely love how she treats us all ..she explains eveything very clearly and answers any and all our questions..and we trust her to offer the best option for us always...and even John and the front desk folks are always helpful..serving with a smile everytime.
I had an appointment at 1 pm on July 11, 2025. I arrived at 12:48 pm and was greeted upon entering, but things went downhill from there. The person at the front desk asked me what my appointment was for, and I replied that I didn't know; I had mentioned that the appointment was scheduled after my eye exam. The appointment is a follow-up to one of the tests completed during my eye exam. I was asked what date my eye exam was on, and I said I didn't remember, but it should be in your system. Dr. Hoover, John, and their staff were very helpful explaining the exam process and walking through the findings. Easy to make an appointment and a convenient location along 423. Definitely recommend for a family owned small business. They are great!
