I grew up with Shelly being a good friend to my sister and my family. This review has nothing to do with Shelly. Her receptionist, however, is extremely rude and doesn’t care about your eye sight! She was overly rude while I waited for my glasses for over 1 month. They first said it would be 5 to 10 business days, but it took over 1 month to get my glasses. I don’t normally write negative reviews, as I own my own business, but when you’re treated as I was, you have to say something!!

Absolutely love this place! Such wonderful, down to earth people. Found a beautiful pair of sunglasses and trying out contacts! Shelly is super knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly :) Every time I leave Eyes on Fremont I feel like I've made a new friend! Thank you ladies
