The optometrist I saw here told me the staff would measure my pupillary distance since I found it wasn't included in my written prescription. They refused to do so. 😮 So... Ridiculously overpriced frames and terrible lack of customer service. Furthermore, because they did not have my prescription of contact lenses in stock, the optometrist gave me a trial pair of the incorrect Rx, but "close enough". Glasses are personal to me and I have a certain look that I wanted and had hoped Eyes on Fremont would achieve. I was told right away that because of my prescription, I wasn't able to do anything large or with wire.....which only leaves small plastic frames (not my style) the person working there was very dismissive and at one point, was giving me the opposite of what I was asking for and felt like they just wanted me to leave. Got my first prescription sunglasses here. Just spent a week in Hawaii and these sunglasses were life savers. Apparently there is much more sunshine in Hawaii in October than there is in Seattle.
Run, don’t walk, to Eyes on Fremont
I broke my sunglasses frames beyond repair, and came here to see if they could reuse my very expensive Progressive bifocal lenses in a new frame. The gentleman who helped me brought me frames to try that would fit my lenses fairly easily, then he put it all together while I waited. The new frames actually fit me better than the old ones did, everything is perfectly aligned, and it was much much less expensive than buying a whole new pair. They have a customer for life now.

I was impressed by the large number of very unique frames and fun environment. The place felt very slid back and comfortable and Andrew did an amazing job at helping me select my frames. Prices were great too!
