The team is amazing! From making my appointment to picking up the glasses they made the process seamless. The Doctor is warm and friendly and everyone I interacted with had a positive attitude.
Where do I start with Eyes on Canal? When I think about any establishment in the medical field, I want that perfect mix of professionalism and rapport. Eyes on Canal nails this. Dr. Jackson has a way with people from ages 5 to 105, and it just makes the experience that much more easy to stomach. My daughter had her first ever eye exam with Dr. Jackson this morning and I was blown away. She took the time to explain everything to both of us and make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. All of the equipment is super high tech and the office is beautiful with tons of frames to choose from. The staff here is amazing too! Friendly, courteous, and even brought me a cup of coffee (since we got there at 8am). I grabbed a bunch of business cards on my way out so I can tell everyone to visit Eyes on Canal.
Dr. Jackson is the consummate professional! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to meet you (and your eyes) exactly where they are!
Kids had their first exam there today and all left excited (or at least indifferent in the case of my oldest who isn't thrilled about glasses) ... Dr. Jackson took the time to explain to them everything that was going on and showed them at the end what the eye chart looked like with and without glasses to kinda prove to them how they'd be beneficial which will hopefully save me a lot of trouble of convincing them of that (since I'm just Dad, and don't know anything -- right?) Thanks!
My husband and I both had appointments today. We had the best experience. Dr. Jackson was very thorough, knowledgeable, and super nice. The office is beautiful and very clean. She and her husband were both very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
