I love this place...awesome people! Had 2 cataract surgeries...couldn't have gone better!

Waited 3 1/2 hours for appt. Was told there were "emergencies" that had to be seen. Checked into it. Real problem was overbooking!!! Never again!!!!

Ms. Dahlin, I am very sorry about your experience at Eyes of the Southwest. We really do try to treat everyone with compassion and skill. There are times when patients have sight threatening diseases that necessitates more time to diagnose and develop a treatment plan. We have no way of predicting the severity of each patient's problem before their arrival. If we did, we would surely allow more time for those patients. If I could schedule one patient every hour, that would be wonderful but unfortunately that is not possible ... read more
