I had lens replacement surgery and Dr Smith and his whole team were great throughout. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Smith did cataract surgery on both eyes and I am 100% pleased. He has also been treating my cornea disease for which I am very thankful. I am so Thankful that I was referred to Dr. Smith.
I never even got in. I waited six months for my appointment only to be told that they had to bump me. They could see me in two months. Not because of an emergency but because Dr. Faber got to add some surgeries on my appointment day. I'm not worthy of medical care.
I had a visual test a month ago ( Nov 14) and was told that the result will be called to me. More than a month now with no call back from them. Calling and leaving messages is futile. But they are so Quick in filling and getting paid by my insurance. This is very unprofessional.
