Had a lens issue, that was dealt with very quickly and professionally under warranty. Had new lenses ordered and installed with a week. Great experience!

Pushy sales people, all the good glasses are locked up amd they won't leave the cabinets open so you can try them on. And if you won't buy something they get pouty and won't help you anymore. Never going there again.

Disappointed. Got a pair of dragons and prescription lenses today that really bother my head and didn't know they weren't going to be good and they won't allow me to return them because the lenses are custom and they won't allow me to return them

Seems to be very hit and miss depending who is working, also the glasses didn't come in within the time frame I was quoted, I had to call several times which was frustrating.

Poor. Went there for a reason. Wanted my granddaughters glasses faster than a week. The price was the same ad elsewhere so they aren't cheaper. Here it is a week later still no glasses. So I'm going back getting my money refunded & going elsewhere I have 4 people plus myself that buy glass yearly but Eyes won't get my business !!!!
