We had a wonderful experience at this eye clinic. The staff were kind, patient, and welcoming, and the optometrist was very thorough and gentle with my daughter. They made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent eye care.
Been here in the past and could have went either way. Tried to oversell a bit in my eyes. But I did end up getting glasses. Today I went in, and stood there like an idiot for nearly ten minutes and never even had eye contact from one lady on the floor or the woman on the phone the entire time. Ill find a neighborhood with an optometrist shop that isnt so racist against white people.
Great place highly recommended Dr. Talia is just very brilliant with great school background.
Ams was very helpful throughout the process of buying my glasses. He explained things thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He displayed excellent customer service! Definitely would recommend him to others.
Came here to get an eye exam and some new glasses and was blown away by the experience! So professional and a gorgeous clinic. All the staff we interacted with were so welcoming and efficient. Ams in particular was awesome! He was incredibly friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses :)
