I used the order online feature for the first time and they had sent me the wrong prescription. Mistakes happen so no worries, figured I would go in person to sort it out. Poonam was very helpful in trying to solve this issue, however the behavior of the receptionist Ruth was incredibly unkind during the entire interaction. Awesome staff and overall great experience, answered every question I had and able to explain in detail what everything meant. If you happen to get something in your eye, grinding, using an impact, etc, call them and tell them, they have everything to make it better. Great people.
