I had my annual eye exame with Dr. Randi and her team and i can't be more happy. She was very patient and thorough. This was my thrid eye exam since moving to washington. For the past couple years i thought that my right eye wasn't as sharp as it should be. I thought that it was because of my astigmatism and that's just how it was. Very disappointed!!! My husband and I booked appointments for our annual eye check. We even called to book and had received confirmation emails. Then on the day for the eye check, they told us we weren’t booked successfully, and someone else took our time slots. They told us the next available date for us was a month later. This place is so unreliable and we will never consider this place anymore.
The staff were efficient and helpful, getting me through the initial documentation quickly. The doctor was extremely friendly and answered my questions in a clear manner. The whole process felt very modern and professional, with a friendly community business atmosphere.
Dr. Randi is wonderful. Making appointment was super easy. I did it online. And then I called the office to give them my insurance information, but they already had it. The office was small but very comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful. All of the equipment were on one rotating table. Rather than me having to change chairs, each equipment is rolled in front of me. I was most nervous about the eye pressure machine but they had the new kind, which Dr. Randi operated it herself. Best eye exam and doctor ever! The office is very responsive and will confirm your insurance days before your appt via phone call. There was no wait time when I arrived and Dr. McMichael was very caring and helpful answering all the questions during the exam. Highly recommend.
