I didn’t even buy glasses here but the glasses I am currently wearing broke out of nowhere, I stopped in, and within 15 mins they replaced the frame arm completely and cleaned it for free Everyone was so kind and helpful, will definitely be coming back when I get a new pair!
Above and beyond service! I came in for a frame repair and they not only fixed the issue quickly, the tech fixed other things I wasn't even aware of. Amazing spot!
I went to get my sunglasses repaired because a screw was missing. The lady helped me with a big smile and didn’t even charge me! Because of that great service, I’m going back to buy a pair of Tom Fords I saw on display.
