Dr. Roy Gibson and the staff were very helpful and very supportive of me as a Deaf person needing my eyes examined and to get new glasses. They were very patient and took all the time making sure communication was clear and smooth while making sure I understood my diagnosis and my needs. I am so happy with my new glasses. I will definitely stay with them forever for my future eye exams and glasses!
It took about an hour for my exam and to pick out glasses and only 11 minutes to have them made!
Darby is fantastic. Thank you so much Darby, for assisting Leah and I in picking out the right pair of glasses! She is going to love her purple frames with the transitional lenses! Loved Dr Roy too. He's a great dude. Edit. I'll post a better photo when she's feeling more photogenic. I didn't even realize these cute purple glasses were Versace until I picked them up today! Update: follow up appointment 2025. I still stand by my five star review. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff.
