A few things didn’t go overly well. I was told the glasses would be done in AT MOST an hour. That was a big selling point for me. It ended up taking 2.5 days. Not a ton of time, but not what I was told at all. When I emailed Eyemart to ask about it, they told me to just talk to the store to see when they would be done. I always go to the Sumter Eyemart Express for my prescription glasses. The customer service is outstanding and they have a wide variety of top quality eye glasses at affordable prices. Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed

I really didn’t want to leave one star! I have two children that need glasses, and have referrals, called these people, I was told to call back and hit option 3, I did that 3 times, no one answered! Callback and the front desk is very nonchalant! I’m like if yall don’t want my business i can go else where, it’s 3:30pm, the schedule shows they are open, why no one answering the phones, so I will be taking my business elsewhere !! Fast, cheap. Beware sales people! They dont listen to the customer and will charge you outside your budget and than catch an additude because they didnt make a commission. Guilt tripping customers.
