Michael was very friendly and polite. He explained everything very thoroughly. He explained every option and product that were offered. He also made sure my glasses were made to my satisfaction. Go sit with Michael at Eyemart in Sumter you won't be disappointed. Denzel is also awesome very friendly he made sure I received my glasses. Great deal on glasses
Second set of glasses with purchasing two sets each time , great service both times and totally replaced one set of glasses previously with their one year warranty without any hassle also
Great experience. I literally called the day prior for an eye exam. I received a 8:30 appointment. Great Customer service from everyone. Once my exam was completed, I was able to pick out my frames for new prescription. My glasses were ready in 10 minutes. Ashley was great.
