There customers service is so slow. They only have two people working the front with a lobby full of people. They need to extend their hours to meet later demand for people that can not make it past 7pm on weekdays

One hour wait just to pick up glasses. The actual pickup was two minutes, tops
Two pair ......exam was misdiagnosed, couldn't see clearly, no refund, no solution, no satisfaction..........total loss of big money, .....another company made corrections, no I would not recommend for their failure to make the necessary adjustment for safety reasons.....Thanks to another company, I can see clearly now, which is all I needed from them...........risky business.
There were at least a dozen seated customers, waiting, and one slow moving clerk. I left, along with another customer. You need more help ! Also, stop with the TV prices. They are waaaaaay off !!
