Edwin is a super great customer service manager maybe the best in America! And Tera was super helpful in getting my lenses picked out without any push to break my budget! And they managed to provide the highest quality of customer service while managing a crowded rush! Such a great team
The young lady that helped me was sufficient, respectful and loved her job, the best service I’ve received at Eyemart. She was honest enough to say they were too small for my face, that’s the first 2 pair I looked at. When I went back for both pair of my glasses she was prompt and willing to make sure they were adjusted and fit.

Great job on customer service! Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely returning. I got my own glasses online and definitely saved but she wanted a specific pair that she's had for years. It was quite more than I wanted to pay but customer is so good that I was willing to pay more for hers.
