There is a gentleman that works here by the name of Edwin. He is hands down the best customer service person I've met in retail. I was a random walk in who needed some glasses repaired and cleaned. I had no intentions of spending money on a pair of new glasses. He treated me like I was there to spend a million dollars in his store while I was there. Eyemart Express 04/22/2026 (5/5) I had just moved to Oklahoma from Texas only 5 days prior when I was in a horrible T-bone accident on April 22 on my way home from work that rolled my car upside down . This crash destroyed the only vehicle my family of four had, including my two girls under 2 . Life has already been tough enough lately, and this was a devastating blow. Bought my very first pair of glasses here, and I was like a fish out of water. Shay took time to explain how to choose my frames, lenses and then quickly processed the order. I picked up within 5 days, and was THRILLED to see the world in HD again. ** HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ANTI-GLARE LENSES ** Bought the standard lenses, but found that indoor retail lighting and LEDs created unnecessary challenges (too many reflected lights), and made driving more difficult.
