Had glasses in a very timely manner, when picked up both pair. I asked about adjusting. She picked up one pair and twisted once, put them in the case, handed me glasses and said thanks and turned around and started talking to a whoever...
Shay provided excellent service while getting glasses
Edwin is the perfect customer service rep. We needed last minute glasses for a normally contact wearing kid and we got 2 pair for very cheap with transitions lenses same day. Come early it gets very busy.
They great you at the door and very helpful. They tend to know their customers and make them feel satisfied. It's been 7 years now and thank you to all the staff at Eyemart on Pennsylvania.
I had some issues but I came back and the guy who helped me went above and beyond
