They try to hook you for as much coin as they can get out of you ...buying a car had less bullsh_t.. Just wanted some basic eye glass...Folks need to shop around before you have these folks take your coin. Sure can tell witch reviews are are true...!
They had a special for one complete pair of eyeglasses for $19.95. After I had paid $500 for a pair of eyeglasses at another optician, I went to Eyemart Express to get an extra pair of glasses for driving. I was very pleased with both the frames and my vision in these glasses. I later googled the name of the frames, and saw that these frames alone sell for $76.95 at other opticians. I got a better deal than what I had expected.
Horrible customer service! Sheila is a horrible customer relations person. They were very rude and called me by pink head band instead of my name. I asked if she wNted my name and she said no. No eye contact when I spoke with her either. Long wait!! They could care less about their customers! She also yells across the store with the amount you owe!!
Went in a week ago to get some frames and lenses. I knew I would need something pricey. But $900! I found the same frames and lenses in Bixby for half the price.
Firstly I had to wait 40 minutes to talk to someone. I purchased sunglasses and need them to be darkened. The person who originally sold me them sold me the wrong kind of lens and they could only darken them if I bought COMPLETELY NEW LENSES! That ridiculous that I have to spend $65 to fix their mistake. The girl who spoke with me said that I was just "SOL". How professional.

Great place. Great selection. Great prices. Great Service. 2 pair for as low as $73......I saw it!. No line bifocal in designer frame for $117. Courteous staff! Handy access location!
