Rude customer service! I walked in to get my sunglasses tightened because like everyone in the world I know, we sometimes slide sunglasses up unto our heads when we walk inside. When I told him what I wanted and explained why, he looks at me and says “they’re not supposed to go on your head”…obviously sir, but people wear them like that for convenience. With that dismissive and rude comment, I just left. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Just say you can’t fix it.

I’ve always had a great experience coming here. Dr Lucinda and her staff are very friendly, great to chat with, and appointments are smooth and never feel rushed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Li is awesome. I've been to several optometrists in the area and none are as good as she. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Definitely your go-to for your eye needs.

Grossly overpriced. My prescription bifocal lens and frames cost $600 after $200 paid by my insurance. Five months later, my frames were out of whack, maybe something fell on them, so I took them in for adjustment. Nestor said he couldn’t do the repair and gave me the address of someone who could. I will never use Eyeloha Optometry again.

This is the best optometrist I have ever been to! Dr. Lucinda is so friendly and treats all of her patients like family. She is extremely helpful, available via text whenever I have questions, and makes every step of my eye care so easy. I highly recommend going to Eyeloha!
