I am their customer for many years since they open the business which I know Jun and Jean.Ever since, I have no problem. If my eye glass screw is lose their brother Bob will fix right away. It is their family business that they are very attentive to their loyal customer and will explained to you in details especially Jean if you will ask a questions.
