First time using Dental Hygenist and she was extremely informative and dedicated to my dental health

Dental hygienist is always extremely personable, thoughtful, and kind. I feel comfortable with her care, which is extremely important for a dental setting which industry-wise unfortunately has a bad rap. All in all, she's awesome! Thanks.

Virginia is the best dental hygienist.
There is too much waiting once you are back in a room. On my 11/13 visit to have 2 permanent crowns put on the wait was very long. I was at the office over 2 1/2 hrs. The assistant seemed rushed and not very sensitive to my situation when I had a lot of pain after temporary came off. Also some of the assistants are not very gentle or careful where they are placing instruments.
