Doctor Stone is pleasant, knowledgeable and was a great help with my eye issues. I had a 4 pm appointment and was told to come at 3:45 for paperwork, even though I've been there before and it took literally 2 minutes to fill that out. I wasn't seen until after 4:15 and was in with the doctor until almost 4:50. At that time, I was sent out to the office to pick out frames and order glasses. SO disappointed with this place. My insurance changed so I notified them and they said they needed to check if they took the new insurance. After days passed with no call back, I called several times over the course of weeks leading up to my scheduled appointment. Everytime I called it was “the person that knows isn’t here” or “I don’t think Mary Beth told me this we will have to call you back”…. I've been going to Eyeland for about 2 years now and every visit has been wonderful. Love working with Dr. Stone. Everyone at the office is super helpful whenever I need help with contacts or glasses adjustments.

I was just there and left. My appointment was at 11:30, I was told to come at 11:15 to complete paperwork, which I did, paperwork took less than five minutes to complete. Then I waited. At 11:45 I was still waiting. I got up and told the person, who appeared to be the floor manager that my appointment was at 11:30 and yet, I was still waiting and that I was leaving. She said okay. That's it, just okay. No apology. I would not recommend. I wasted my lunch hour. I would never go back.
