I get home from work last Friday to find a bill of almost 800.00 in my mailbox. for one eye exam, follow up, and a late fee. for procedures that were done LAST YEAR. Eight months ago to be exact. So friendly ! These guys are awesome
They sold me a cheap pair of frames...Flexon...$35, everywhere else online...and charged me $350, on top of what my insurance paid. I know, I got the scratch protection and they were progressives, but when I said "hey, that's a lot of money in addition to my insurance coverage", the lady said "those are $1500 glasses!". I should have listened to my instincts, and just left. They don't give you the full prescription, either, just some of the numbers.
