Love the staff, the Doctors are great, but the business experience, the insistence that I register with them electronically, the constant communication through text is really off putting. My entire family uses them, isn’t that enough? I get an annual exam, and purchase my glasses through them, they successfully capture all of my eye related business. I just don’t feel I need to serve them and their on-line ambitions.
