Everything was great and I did not have to wait for an appointment to see eye doc and got one pair the same day came back couple days latter and pick up the second pair I am going back tomorrow to use my insureenc before it runs out and I lose it.
Wev'e been faithful customers here for over 10 years and still going strong. They have good quality eyewear products from glasses to contacts for ALL occasions. Thier prices are wonderful for both insured and non-insured customers. They have online shopping available also, plus you can have your purchases shipped to your door. We definitely recommend Eyeglass World on Oracle Rd for all folks in need of vision services!
I had read the reviews and was worried when I went there. I went there because the lenses I get are very expensive and they would be a lot cheaper than other places. I didn't have to wait long before a young man called Preis helped me. He was very helpful and extremely nice. So I set up a appointment with doctor he was also friendly. I had two pair of progressive lenses done by them. This is the second time I went to the 28th street store and liked them a lot.
Canceled eye appointment after I called and confirmed! Lost my business!!!
I’ve been going to this location since 2001 and have always been treated fairly and equitably. Better selection than the new America’s best and better prices too. Better deals on Oakley frames than even their US Standard Issue site. Highly recommend!
I would caution anyone thinking of using this location to please read all reviews posted. This location quotes prices that are not, in fact, what you will be paying after initial exam nor are the prices what you will pay at the time of pick up. There is no such thing as 2 pairs for $78. In fact, after choosing two glasses from the "2 for $78" rack and having my prescription put into those glasses, they were close to $160 at the time of pick up. Ordered a pair of readers. After two weeks, I called to ask if they were in. Yes, they were in. I go to pick them up. I say, I was never called to tell me they were in. "Oh, we never call, unless you tell us to call you." I say so how am i supposed to know when to come pick them up? They say, well you call us. I say so I'm supposed to call every day until they come in? She says, well, if we were to call everyone when their glasses are in, we'd be on the phone all day. Now, think about this. Customer service slow, take long time to notice I was there and they not welcomed like the others in chulavista, I move to spring valley on June and I went to lemon grove to renew my eye glases, to this date I can't get use to my prescription, 😥
