I stopped into the EyeGlass World in Cape Coral with a voucher for an eyeglass promotion. Tom was the person who helped me on that day, and when I returned to pick up my eyeglasses. He was extremely helpful and took care of me during the ordering and fitting of my glasses. The local manager was there on the day that I arrived as well ,and she was very nice and helpful... #Good Selection #Good Service
The Doctor who did our exam and his tech who ran the front desk and did some of the side work for the doctor was excellent! The young optician that helped us was also very courteous and excellent in customer service! The reason I did not give five stars is because when my husband who is has cancer, and had just come from radiation feeling like garbage. Claudia Mills did an outstanding job of helping me with finding the right frames and getting the correct lens for me. I had a wonderful experience again and I have been buying glasses there for years. Manager Vickie was extremely helpful as well. Cannot beat the service there.
This is one of the Best places to buy eye glasses. Mrs. Lisa and Rick made our experience so much fun. The staff is very knowledgeable and really care about your eye health. They have a great selection of frames and we are very satisfied with our glasses. They are taking saftey measures as well to keep every one safe. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place😁.
This Eyeglass World is the finest in selection and service that I’ve ever experienced. Charly and Chuck are great ambassadors and more importantly great people to help me in obtaining my glasses the same day. Also the young lady making the glasses is in every way a fantastic person. The people here are so responsive and very courteous. We've tried others but always come back to these wonderful people...
There is a reason why this place have such crappy rating!!! Specially the girls in the desk that takes you in exams! My wife has had her bad experience so I figured I’ll give them another try. Well never left a bad review but here it is to a place that deserves it. Will take business some where else that actually know customer service.
