My experience with Kyle at a Tempe location was excellent. He was very helpful with a unique situation with my mom. He was knowledgable with information on the phone before our trip to the store. While working with him in the store, he was patient, took his time, reviewed all the details thoroughly and was courteous. Thank you Kyle!
I have been thinking about whether i wanted to leave a review or not because the people were nice and helpful but the eye exam with the doctor left me with questions after i left and i didn't want to ask hw didn't really seem interested in talking with me but was nice to my daughter. I did get glasses i felt like if i didn't the trip would have been a waste of time. I found out contacts are not for me.
Karrina, Alesa and Kenneth all the doctors I really do appreciate everything you do for me every time I come in it’s always a smile very professional people. It’s a really good place to come to get your glasses. I really recommend. I just feel that they really need an opportunity to get a raise and get some praise or something. Thank you Kenny at Eyeglass World in Tempe, for your help with my difficult prescription. I am very nearsighted and that limits the options I have. Kenny patiently and thoughtfully navigated me through all my choices and we came up with a great pair of glasses at a really low price. Thanks also for your sense of humor and for really listening to me.
