The doctor was funny and nice. I got my glasses fast and easy.
Ken or Kenny needs to work on his customer service skills. I came in today with my family to get new glasses and I will admit we were a little indecisive at first but he quickly became visibly and audibly irritated at us for “taking too long” and we “kept changing our minds”. He made us feel like an inconvenience to him that we were there. Horrible experience we should have just gone to Costco right across the street. We will for now ok going forward. Do better Eyeglassworld….
Not friendly. Not busy but service is horrible Doesn’t explain cost for everything. After my insurance paid I still paid over $300. Will never go there again will not recommend.
Great selection & helpful staff. Kenny was especially helpful and awesome.
