Ordered 4 lenses with bifocals. They put the wrong lenses in the sunglasses. The first pairs of bifocals were way too high. I had them redone. You have a month to change your lenses but it took from March to May to get my lenses “corrected”. That’s a way to gaslight you so you miss the deadline. Been a customer for 16 years. Stopped in because my sunglasses didn’t fit quite right expecting to pay something to get it taken care of. Malindra was there and super helpful. She got them to fit perfectly!! It was free of charge!! I will be returning for all my glasses and sunglasses needs in the future.
Really frustrating experience here. Called to see if I could get same day lenses and they said yes, but never mentioned the one guy who does them doesn't work on Thursdays. Later I had to get new lenses because the prescription was bad (not their fault) and called before I went, asking how much out of pocket anti reflection coating was and could I get them same day (they said $50 and yes). I get there and they say $55 and I could either leave them there (it was my only pair so that wasn't an option) or have them made offsite... read more
Both Kyle and Malinda in this establishment are completely and utterly clueless. They had the wrong coverage listed through my insurance and attempted to charge me for an eye exam that should’ve been covered. I called the store to try to provide documentation that it was in fact covered to speak to Kyle that had no clue what was going on. Everyone was completely unhelpful, refused to do anything regarding the situation except run my info through a standard system. This situation was ridiculous.
