Literally had the best experience. Emily was the sweetest to my daughter. She wasn't even getting her eyes checked and she let her try on all the little kid glasses.they ended up doing like a little exam for her just to make sure she didn't need a bigger exam. They kept my daughter Entertained while getting my paperwork done. They were so helpful with insurance and pricing things out. I worked with Crystal today (5/24/25) at the 70 South 500 West Bountiful location and I left with the biggest smile on my face. She was so sweet, helpful and patient taking care of me, that she deserves to be praised for her hospitality at Eyeglass World. This was my first time ever getting glasses and she helped me and my finance pick out frames for me, all the things I’ll need in my lenses and also just make me feel comfortable. I've been to this location a few times and it's been a great experience every time. The eye exam and tests were quick and the doctor was kind. Shout out to Monica for being SO sweet and helpful. She was knowledgeable and we she loved listening to me about my pet cats. Someone give her a raise!
Crystal and Monica are seriously the absolute best. This is my second time coming here and I'm so glad Monica is still here. She is upbeat , knows her stuff and always makes us feel so welcome ! Crystal was super friendly , made me feel welcomed and comfortable and knew what she was doing ! Dr. Christensen is who I saw this time and he was super amazing !
