Alright, I've been waiting to write this review but after months and months, it must be done. My eye appointment was April 18th, 2025. It is now August 19th, 2025 and I have yet to receive any contacts. The gist of my experience is this: We (the eye doctor and I) wanted to try a couple of new prescriptions. I tried them, and they didn't work. That took a couple of weeks. I informed them that I just needed my old prescription. Literally had the best experience. Emily was the sweetest to my daughter. She wasn't even getting her eyes checked and she let her try on all the little kid glasses.they ended up doing like a little exam for her just to make sure she didn't need a bigger exam. They kept my daughter Entertained while getting my paperwork done. They were so helpful with insurance and pricing things out.
