Dr. O'Shea was awesome really helpful and kind, the young lady helping me with frames was also very kind and helpful! I was slightly disappointed that they couldn't help me with getting the high index cut on my lenses since they're so thick. James was helping me to get the high index and a week went by and I guess it just couldnt be done, I hoped for a better explanation. But glasses are good as they are.
Jamie was very sweet helpful and very charismatic. I am very indecisive and was struggling to pick just 2 pairs of frames for my glasses. Thankfully she helped me narrow it down and even recommended a frame that I honestly ended up loving more than my original choice. She also helped me figure out what glasses better compliment my face shape which I was super grateful for. Highly recommend getting her opinion if you are interested in getting new glasses she has great taste. ☺️
James at eye glass world in Venice Florida was great. He knew exactly what needed to be done without questions . Very professional. We drove from Port Charlotte Florida specifically to see him
