Everyone was amazing! From check-in to meeting the Dr. and for Jamie helping my 9 year old pick out glasses and checking us out (thank you!). Very kid friendly, reasonable without insurance and extremely kind! Highly recommend
Good experience. Dr. O’Shea and staff was very thorough and friendly. Explained every step of the eye exam. Jamie was very helpful at checkout. Very efficient and friendly.
Showed up bright and early at 9 AM when they first opened no clients there. They say they offer walk-ins but do not trying to reschedule me two hours later when it took me 30 minutes to drive here in the first place. Poor customer service while sitting here waiting looking for another place spent another 30 minutes in the parking lot to see no clientele come in, but for some reason, they couldn’t get me in at 9 AM 9 AM.
Jamie was a great help. I appreciate her clear explanation of options and associated charges with my purchase chase. Very personable and friendly.
Good experience and glasses were reasonable in price
