walked in to the roseville eyeglass world at noon. I was told there was no one available to do an eye exam until 2:00 Because the optometrist was out on lunch for 2 hours.....how do you stay in business? only one optometrist and your place shuts down for 2hrs for their lunch break? sooo walk ins aren't excepted..... I'm sorry only when your optometrist isn't on a 2 hour lunch break.
First off, I will start by saying I was 7 mins late to my appointment but I will never go back to this or any Eyeglass World after the rudeness I experienced today. I made an appointment to get an exam and buy new glasses since my health is getting worse. I have a 4 year old and getting out of the house on time does not always happen. Took me by hand and ran through the insurance process to replace a pair of glasses that had seen better days
Just wanted to give a shout out to the Roseville staff. Had an exam, was in and out with new glasses and contacts within an hour! Amanda, Steve, Mike, Allie, Danielle, and Kortney were all fantastic and enjoyable to be around! Will definitely be returning from now on.
