I had a great experience from beginning to end in the Lubbock, Texas location. It started with a young lady named Krislyn who greeted us and got us in for an eye exam. Then a young man named Jaden helped me pick out frames and get fitted. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful.
They didn’t even fit my glasses it was like she was afraid to get near me,,,, I asked her for a halfway decent eyeglass case she told me she couldn’t give me anything but the cheap plastic one.,,, this is after spending $1400,,, which was BS because she had just given my husband nice cases for his glasses.It was pouring rain outside so my daughter and I sat down as when the rain started to slow down she made a statement well it’s slowing down now , if there’s not anything el… See more
Stop your lies its over 3 weeks for my glasses
Get staff that actually is there for scheduled eye exams. Confirmed two eye exams, no optometrist there when I arrived.
had my glasses less than a month and they broke never had this problem with glassesunbelievable 1 and only time never again will I use them
optometrist was very rude to me from the start and said 'maybe I just need to clean my headlights and that I'm just staring to hard at the road' when I already have a script for my eyes, never going back to eyeglass world

walked in to the roseville eyeglass world at noon. I was told there was no one available to do an eye exam until 2:00 Because the optometrist was out on lunch for 2 hours.....how do you stay in business? only one optometrist and your place shuts down for 2hrs for their lunch break? sooo walk ins aren't excepted..... I'm sorry only when your optometrist isn't on a 2 hour lunch break.
