Our daughter coded and went on life support....she is also legally blind but has some vision in one eye. When she was starting to rally around she was disoriented because the hospital unfortunately misplaced her glasses. We were fortunate that the Doctor that provided her last script (from 2015) was willing to authorize replacement lens/glasses immediately. I took that script to Eyeglass World in Longview Texas. I have never had personal before, until I came here. Personal was so very helpful.
Glasses were not ready when they said they would be. Hours after they're supposed to be ready I go to get them and the lenses are so scratched up I couldn't see through them. So I had to wait even longer while they fixed something they should have done before I got back there the third time. Will not use this company again
Eyeglass world of longview has the best customer service i have ever received. Steven, was so friendly and helpful. He made sure i left happy. Only place ill go from now on!
This place is great. I got 2 pair for less than 200 dollars, bifocals!! Steven was great too. Explained everything to, stuff the doctor didn't. Go ask for him if you want someone who really knows their stuff

I love Eyeglass World!! Shout out to Andy and the crew who saved my vacation. I realized the night before my flight to a Florida beach getaway that I couldn't find my prescription sunglasses. I show up the morning of my trip begging to get glasses before my flight. The dr next door was booked up but I was able to get an appt elsewhere.
