I had a great experience from beginning to end in the Lubbock, Texas location. It started with a young lady named Krislyn who greeted us and got us in for an eye exam. Then a young man named Jaden helped me pick out frames and get fitted. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful.
Took a tumble at the Luxor, and eyeglass World was kind enough to repair my frames at no charge! Five star customer service! Thank you thank you!
I pulled a bonehead move and dropped my glasses in the street during a walk. By the time I realized what happened and turned back, they'd been run over and were toast. The staff at this location is always amazing. We have been buying my sons glasses here for years and its the only place we go for glasses. Thank yall for always being so helpful and amazing.
For the Love of different gods and deities, do not use this place for your optometry appointment. They were 45 minutes late getting me to the dock, half hour later I'm still sitting inside the doctor's office waiting for him her to show up. And from the sound of things you may not say that much on your glasses. Yours truly, patiently still waiting.90 minutes later, still waiting on the doctor to come into the office. Grrrrr
