I was prescheduled for my yearly exam and it was scheduled for today, I went in and the girl told me that I was not in the books for the time I confirmed two weeks ago so she had no choice to put me down as a walk in, while i filled out my paperwork she then tells me that my insurance won’t actually cover my exam till TOMORROW. Took our kids here for their first exams and everyone was so kind and went out of their way to help us. It was a pleasure! I’ll definitely be back when I am ready for new frames for me.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I wasted 3 hours of my life when I was guaranteed an hour wait time to Simply have lenses put in the frames that I purchased from them. Being very ill I cannot wait long and instead was giving excuses and more excuses and if I only wait another hour and another half an hour. This is nonsense. The 30 day guarantee starts from the day the order goes in so being that they fucked up I'm already down about 15 days on the guarantee. They play games.
