The Clearwater, FL location is terribly managed and understaffed. Expect to be lied to repeatedly by the staff and spend lots of time on hold if you call. I bought two pairs on Friday and was told they would be ready the next day after 1pm. Went in was told they would be Monday. On Monday, one pair was ready and they told me the other pair would be ready on Wens. So on Wens they said tomorrow. I’ve bought my last few pairs here and always had a good experience. My last pair I bought a month ago and the screw came off the arm and I lost it . I went back to the store but due to Covid 19 they wouldn’t let me in. I called on the phone and they ordered me a new pair since I had the protection plan. The following week I had my new glasses.That is outstanding service.Would definitely recommend them. Thanks Don
My daughter forgot her eyeglasses when we came to Clearwater for vacation. Eyeglass World offers same day pickup. I had her optometrist fax her prescription down and they had her glasses ready in less than 3 hours! I am grateful and impressed! Thank you, Eyeglass World!

Love Dr G. Customer service is great. Great selection for the 2 for 78 deal. Friendly and I have no complaints. I come here when I don't have insurance. Best bang for the buck
A few months ago, they completely botched my husband's eyeglasses. We returned them and they issued a refund of what we paid out of pocket but did not process the refund through insurance. So we had to pay full price for his new, correct glasses elsewhere. Today, they called me asking to speak to my minor son and then called again not 10 minutes later. The complete and utter lack of professionalism is unbelievable.
