Horrible experience. Ordered frames over a month ago. Just frames no prescription lenses. I haven't heard from them, tried to contact them and nothing. They did contact me for a survey and I left a complaint asking them to contact me but I guess no one at the company cares to contact me back about it. Go somewhere else because if you have a problem no one cares.
Jered was such help, he was very knowlegable and kind. He helped me find glasses and his staff helped me when I went to pick them up! Thanks again!
