Meaghan has ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY FRIENDS, co workers, and family. If there is an issue she addresses it IMMEDIATELY and has a great sense of humor. I will never buy my glasses anywhere else.
I am not a great "eye patient" but Dr Ray and Kim (optician) are a fantastic team. Between the both of them I am seeing crystal clear, and even came out without a huge dent in my wallet. I highly recommend them. ��
I took my glasses back today to have warranty work done. I was told they did not show I paid for my glasses so unless I proved I did they can not honor the warranty. I asked to speak to a regional manager and was given a card with a customer service 1-800 number. I purchased my glasses in April and am very unsatisfied. I now have a pair of glasses that I paid $300 for that I can not wear.
I've been getting my daughter's glasses and contacts here for a few years and just recently bought my first pair of glasses. The staff has always been helpful and honest which we really appreciate!
The entire staff, lab to management are amazing! Always friendly, helpful, keeps their promises, and generally awesome! Thanks so much for all your help!
Best place to get glasses. Would definitely come back.... :)
