I am not a great "eye patient" but Dr Ray and Kim (optician) are a fantastic team. Between the both of them I am seeing crystal clear, and even came out without a huge dent in my wallet. I highly recommend them. ��
I took my glasses back today to have warranty work done. I was told they did not show I paid for my glasses so unless I proved I did they can not honor the warranty. I asked to speak to a regional manager and was given a card with a customer service 1-800 number. I purchased my glasses in April and am very unsatisfied. I now have a pair of glasses that I paid $300 for that I can not wear.
I've been getting my daughter's glasses and contacts here for a few years and just recently bought my first pair of glasses. The staff has always been helpful and honest which we really appreciate!
The entire staff, lab to management are amazing! Always friendly, helpful, keeps their promises, and generally awesome! Thanks so much for all your help!

There is a very negative vibe and lack of professonal courtesy. Not seen one smile yet. Takes ages to get help unorganized and list in this place.glasses are lickwd and cheap. I didn't luke anyone here.people try not to help others and watch as customers wait for the next sevice helper. They need new staff
