I went in there today to see if they could help me find some frames for some lense that I already had. I realize when you’re replacing frames like that they’re not gonna fit exactly unless purchasing the same frame.. But the girl was so rude refuse to even look at my glasses wasn’t even interested in helping me at all. Maybe they don’t want to just sell just frames.. so she should’ve just told me that instead of trying to embarrass me like I was bothering her. Insurance paid for the worst pair of glasses I've ever owned. I need glasses more for reading, got trifocals in an attempt to make vision like natural. Instead, I have glasses that are blurry in all corners, and the reading area is worse than disappointing. Now I have to spend my own money on glasses that will actually work. My one and done experience at Eyeglass World. Never again.
The staff there is super friendly and they went out of there way to help me out. I will definitely be doing more business there. Tran (if i spelled her name right) did a fantastic job.
Called prior to driving the 83 miles to see if we could get a pair of glasses for my wife same day. Told we could so we made the trek (wife is currently a cancer patient so travel takes a lot out of her). After selecting our glasses it wasn't until the payment process began that we were told that the glasses would take a week to get since they were busy (we arrived 1 hr after opening).
