Amazing service! everyone in the building was friendly, the doctor was sweet and really quick. Skye assisted with getting my glasses picked out and ordered. she was so nice and friendly and went out of her way to make sure I looked great
They are friendly and amazing. I went there last year and I got 2 pairs, one year of insurance (if they break/ get scratched, etc they get replaced) I bought mine so they have no glare, a blue light filter and since my eyesight is terrible they can slim down the lenses so the lens dont look so thick. My 2 pairs took 1 week to arrive compared to other places I've waited 2 months. You can also get transitions and more. I only paid 200 without insurance. Hi there, I have worn glasses for many years, and I've accordingly dealt with a variety of glasses retailers over the years. But eyeglass world in Beaumont Texas was the nicest experience of them all. (And, I received my glasses the same day at eyeglass world). All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ, and no glory to us whatsoever.

Horrible experience. I’ve been a customer there for many years, never again. Today, my wife had an eye exam scheduled. We showed up for her appointment and immediately felt like we had committed some kind of infraction. Our sin, apparently, was that my daughter and I came along to the appointment. 😬🤭 We were told that we couldn’t wait in the store, but that we could come back after her exam to help her select frames. My daughter was discriminated against by an associate there today. She has special needs and cannot wear a face mask. Even though my husband wore his mask and came in with her Doctor’s note, they were still turned away. I called their corporate office and was told that the community’s safety was more important than her disability. I will never give this business my money again. And I have let many others know to never shop here again.
Eyeglass World Castleton took one week to make me the wrong prescription lens from material they have in stock and then let me walk around wondering why I couldn't see for a week before letting me know about it. I'm now on day #4 of waiting for lenses that are also in stock but have had enough. I just called a competing lens manufacturer who assures me that they can turn my glasses around today for me.
